We loved our spacious King Room, the thoughtful layout made it easy for us to set up the baby's essentials. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, and we appreciated the relaxing outdoor space while playing lawn games. A cute place for families!

My wife says that the breakfast options could use more variety for picky eaters.

Fantastic poolside fun

The poolside access was a game changer for the kids, and lounging outside at the tables was perfect. They also had a cute little cafe with some tasty breakfast options, but they could use a few more choices. Service was mostly great, just a tiny hiccup at check-in.

The room was neat, provided with comfortable outdoor seating an open fire pit as well as outside patio. The staff were courteous, pleasant. Nice hot and savoury breakfast options, the food was delicious. Excellent service was provided too.

The breakfast is good hot with a wide range of dishes.

Loved the huge pool and hot tub after a long day. The lawn games were a unique touch for the kids.

This is in no way a reason not to stay at the hotel. But, the carpet choice for the hallways was a little disconnected from the rest of the 'rustic modern' feel of the hotel.

A swimming paradise for families

The poolside access was a huge hit with the kids. The kitchenette in our room was perfect for family meals, and the outdoor tables by the pool allowed us to relax while keeping an eye on the kids swimming. We particularly loved the friendly atmosphere .

The lobby could get quite loud when large groups were checking in or out was nice. While it didn't affect our stay too much, I can see it being an issue for others wanting peace and quiet.

It was a good match for a city trip in Urbandale with definitely value for money. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after a long day of travel, really enjoyed that. Try out the outdoor patio area for some nice downtime between activities.

We found the breakfast options limited, disappointing, and a couple of amenities could use updates to match the modern vibe. A amazing experience but with minor room for improvement.

I hosted my kid's birthday party here. The girls had a blast in the pool area, practically having it to ourselves.

Wasn't inexpensive but it was worth it overall.
